RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a skilled Content Author with hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to join our team. As an AEM Content Author, you play a critical role in creating and managing content within the AEM platform for the company, supporting our websites. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, and developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging content across digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years equivalent work experience
* Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 - 6.5 or Cloud) and its authoring tools
* Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration, version control, and digital asset management (DAM)
* Strong understanding of web content management systems, HTML, CSS
* Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, accessibility (A11y)
* Basic knowledge of UI design
* Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA considerations
* Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
