Responsibilities:
- Proxy as the COO as needed on all high level matters
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as manage internal communications between different departments and staff members
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, both in physical and digital formats
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel and accommodation, and coordinate events
- Assist with tasks like data entry, report preparation, and provide support to other departments, such as HR or finance
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and help to maintain a compliant and efficient workplace
- In some cases, administrators may also supervise other administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- High level technical admin who can act as a proxy for the COO
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organization skills to keep the organization in order
- Ability to conduct Self- identified audits and follow ups
- Strong executive level presentations skills
- Strong communication both oral and written
- Ability to tell stories and get buy in from stakeholders
- Know how to run SQL queries
