Description:


Duties:

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for colleagues and leaders regarding new accommodation requests.
Obtain, review, and manage documentation related to accommodation needs in a timely and confidential manner.
Respond to inquiries related to accommodation requests with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
Make and receive calls to provide status updates, follow-ups, and education about the process.
Maintain detailed records and track requests using internal case management systems and tracking tools.
Ensure timely and appropriate documentation throughout the accommodation process.
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant handling of accommodation cases.

Experience:

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information
1+ years of experience partnering effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
1+ years of experience handling conflict situations in rational and constructive manner
1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Able to manage high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
Experience with case management
Computer skills: Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Education:
High school / GED required
Preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
