Hybrid onsite schedule in AST. Required to be onsite on Tues, Wed, and Thurs.

This team handles product management and design for internal manufacturing tools that people use to monitor quality and enable analytics. This person will work on a team of product managers, engineers, and other UX designers for feature support. They will also create design specs for the features, mostly in the analytics space. Candidates will need to have 5-7 years of industry experience. A mathematics background could be helpful. Candidates must include a link to their portfolio in the resume. The portfolio should showcase any sort of experience with any enterprise applications that are data heavy as well as demonstrated design skills.

Research, prototype, and design features for data rich applications in the manufacturing space.
Perform user / usability testing to validate designs.
Work as a member of our cross-functional team, partnering with users, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver business value.
Collaborate with other designers to improve their and your work.
Proven experience in user-centered design with hands-on experience throughout the process, from user research to developing prototypes and collaborating on implementation.
Experience in delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, personas and use case development is required.
Ability and passion to understand distinct user groups quickly and distill complex needs into clean, understandable solutions.
Understanding of information architecture, design patterns and interaction design.
Ability to work independently, managing schedules in dynamic, multi-project environment
Familiarity and ability to promote appropriate usability testing and user research endeavors.
Familiarity with design & prototyping tools like Sketch or Figma.
Understanding of manufacturing domain or statistics is a plus.
