Product Data Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Product Data Specialist to join our Digital Engineering Team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of product data throughout its lifecycle. This position is onsite 5 days a week in Everett, WA.

- Assist in the evaluation of proposed changes to processes and products, assessing their impact on existing systems and workflows.
- Develop change management plans that outline the steps needed to implement changes effectively.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, product teams, and other departments, to ensure alignment and support for changes.
- Maintain and update documentation related to processes and product lifecycle data.
- Ensure that documentation is up to date.
- Develop and deliver training and/or user guides for employees affected by changes to procedure.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that risks are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Regularly review processes and lifecycle data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about best practices in change management and product lifecycle management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders that summarize initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations for future changes.
- Evaluation of business processes, documenting necessary improvements for modernization.
- Assessment of business systems logic, collaborating with IT/vendors on integrations and potential changes for the next PLM system modernization.
