Position: UKG Functional Expert (Timekeeping, Accruals & Basic Scheduling)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Employment Type: Long term Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Functional Expert with strong expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduling modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and optimizing UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions to ensure accurate and efficient workforce operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional subject matter expert for UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, and Scheduling modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Configure and maintain system settings for time and labor tracking, accrual policies, and schedule templates.
- Support payroll, HR, and operations teams by troubleshooting and resolving functional/system issues.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data mapping, interfaces, and report validation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and timekeeping standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UKG (Kronos) Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience with UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduling modules.
- Strong understanding of pay rules, work rules, attendance policies, and accrual configurations.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central is preferred.
- UKG certification is a plus.
