Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst, based in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves managing the needs of our associates regarding service and product inquiries, undertaking tasks on-site and remotely, and keeping up-to-date with new technologies. This role provides support during non-standard hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from associates having questions or experiencing problems with a service or products

Undertake both on-site and remote tasks for store locations encompassing POS system management, workstation deployments, and network configurations

Conduct technical repairs, troubleshoot desktop operating system failures, and maintain meticulous documentation adhering to established protocols

Stay updated with new technologies, industry certifications, and continuous training

Travel to store locations as needed

Demonstrate strong listening skills to interpret and address a store or associate request

Be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment

Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Be willing to gain certification on IT products, software, and hardware systems

Must be self-motivated and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork

Proficient in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Deskside Support.

Requirements

Expertise in Microsoft suite of products is required

Proficiency in Active Directory is crucial

Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is needed

Experience in Configuration Management is required

Skilled in Deployments is necessary

Deskside Support experience is essential
