Job Details

Role Title: ADP Workforce Manager Consultant

Duration: 1 year+ extensions

Preferred Location: Remote- Work CST time zone. Open to traveling in for workshops possible

**Start date late June, early July**

Role Description:
As an ADP Workforce Manager Consultant, your role involves assisting with implementing and supporting the ADP Workforce Manager Solution to achieve all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on industry best practices and limited customization. You'll provide consulting and implementation services in line with agreed standards and timeframes. Here are the key responsibilities:
1. Solution Design: Evaluate the design and documentation of the solution provided by ADP to ensure design is best available to meet business requirements and interface specifications. Advocate for our interests in ADP discussions consulting on best practices.
2. Configuration and Testing: Take ownership of system configuration. Collaborate with other teams to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
3. Issue Resolution and Gap Analysis: Address issues and gaps between our requirements and ADP WFM product. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
4. User Acceptance and Go-Live Support: Assist during User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases. Support training delivery.
5. Data Migration: Facilitate data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in implementing UKG Dimensions, or ADP WFM (Workforce Management or UKG workforce management (all similar just renamed multiple times)
    Technical expert of ADP workforce manager
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Activities, Incentive Pay, and Absence, Time & Attendance
  • Demonstrated experience in an implementation role.
  • Cross-functional teamwork experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll, human resources, and time management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
    Preferred Certifications / Qualifications:
  • Completion of UKG Workforce Dimensions, or ADP Workforce Manager training.
  • Technical experience in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
