Note: Hiring Manager is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, ideally with a background in B2B event planning to oversee various podcasts and Adswizz events. This role involves using Monday.com to manage workflows between the content, strategy, and events production teams
Key Responsibilities
- As the Senior Project Manager, B2B Creative Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, industry events, and branded content initiatives across our AdTech brands, including AdsWizz, AudioGo, and Simplecast.
- You ll serve as the connective tissue between creative, content, and marketing strategy to ensure alignment, timelines, and executional rigor across high-visibility projects.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead project management for key initiatives such as The Podcast Show (London), Podcast Movement, AdsWizz Audio Days, and our annual AdsWizz O&O Summit.
How You ll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex creative projects including industry events, trend reports, playbooks, digital campaigns, social content, and branded video.
- Serve as the operational lead for strategic campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on timelines, roles, and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, designers, and event managers to deliver high-quality creative work on time and on brand.
- Implement and optimize workflow systems (, slack, internal project templates) to drive efficiency and visibility across teams.
- Maintain project documentation, develop team playbooks, and establish repeatable processes to improve how work gets done.
- Drive adoption of best practices in creative operations and bring a continuous improvement mindset to every project.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to prioritize projects and manage capacity planning across internal and external creative teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally in a B2B marketing, media, or digital advertising environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives and industry events.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, from concept development to final delivery, across formats including: social, video, presentations, and digital content.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to translate vision into action, and complexity into clarity.
- Skilled in balancing multiple projects and timelines with poise, flexibility, and precision.
- Confident across and within teams while driving a collaborative and solutions-first approach.
Tools & Platforms
- Project management: monday.com, Slack
- Documentation & collaboration: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Asset management: DAM systems (experience preferred)
