Job Title-Workday Integration and Data Conversion Specialist

Duration-12 MONTHS

Interview: Video and may ask to meet onsite for a final round

Fully Remote

This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.
Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures.
  • Minimum 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as PeopleSoft, Workday, database administrators, cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c PS4.
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and compliance.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio or other integration tools (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IAM policies, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze complex identity data structures and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large-scale ERP implementation project.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
