Job Title: Zero Trust Program Manager

Industry: Financial Services

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Preferred) or Dallas, TX | Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 12+ months (through end of 2026, likely extending into 2027)

Overview
  • The Zero Trust Program Manager is a critical role requiring a tenured, proven program-level leader with experience managing complex cybersecurity engagements-preferably in Zero Trust or network security domains. This position will represent and drive multiple Zero Trust-themed projects at the program level as the organization enters year 3 of its Zero Trust journey.


About the Role
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director, Product & Portfolio Mgmt, you will lead the integration and execution of several Zero Trust initiatives into a cohesive, enterprise-wide program.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate 4-5 active Zero Trust projects into a unified program strategy for higher level communication ensure proper execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for effectively managing thee Zero Trust program.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, program leads, and project managers to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Manage program-level interdependencies including risk, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards, adopting and enhancing existing frameworks.
  • Drive hands-on execution, forecasting, and technical oversight.
  • Communicate effectively across leadership and technical teams, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and agility in Zero Trust and network security.
  • Proven ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with technologies and concepts such as:
    • Zscaler, VPN, SOC, VDI, Always-On, Offshore/Onshore models.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and navigate complex organizational structures.


Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
  • PMP, PMI, PROSCI or equivalent change management certification.


Additional Details
  • Industry experience: Flexible (financial services not required).
  • Future focus includes Privileged Access Management (PAM) in 2026.
  • IAM experience is helpful but role is primarily network security/SOC-focused.


Interview Process
  • Panel interview with executive leadership involved in Zero Trust Program.
  • Assessment of technical expertise and soft skills.
