**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules; monitor progress and manage budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to continuous PMO improvement and conduct post-project reviews.
- Ensure project compliance with information security policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, with at least 4 years in project management.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
