Job Title: Platform & Integration Architect (Energy)
Required Skills
- Design end-to-end automation workflows across retail energy operations-from sales to settlement-using cloud-based technologies, AI, and machine learning.
- Lead secure integration of Therm's APIs with third-party technologies (CRM, billing, financial systems), ensuring seamless data flow and eliminating silos.
- Develop and implement customizable modules to address business-specific requirements (pricing engines, dynamic asset allocation, compliance automation).
- Architect real-time data pipelines to incorporate market, weather, financial, and operational data, powering forecasting and decision-support tools.
- Oversee automation of repetitive manual processes, design custom workflows, and enable real-time information sharing between front and back office.
- Build functionality to minimize manual touchpoints, enhance auditability, and reduce business risk.
- Enable scaling of business operations and efficiency (e.g., respond to RFPs/pricing requests in less than a minute, instant price refreshes).
- Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Work with product, engineering, and business teams to align platform capabilities with strategic business goals.
