REMOTE but Candidate must belong to Texas only.
Candidates Must Have Previous Experience with Java Infrastructure Project.

- Java platform currently supports:
- Housing Contract System (HCS)
- Community Affairs Contract System (CACS)
- Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS)
- 811 Project Rental Assistance System
- Public-facing web applications
- Upgrades will include:
- Code base
- Frameworks
- Libraries
- Build tools
- Java s latest features and performance enhancements
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and budgets.
- Understand and document the current Java environment.
- Organize, plan, and collaborate with staff to meet project goals.
- Manage deliverables, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Address scope changes and ensure compliance with Texas IT controls (TAC 202, T2054).
- Create team standards and maintain documentation.
- Lead risk management, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
