Overview
We are seeking a part-time Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with public company requirements. This role will play a key part in month-end close and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Maintain and enhance accounting processes within NetSuite (GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue, Intercompany)
- Support SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and external audits
- Analyze variances and provide insights to FP&A and leadership
- Ensure SOX controls are designed, documented, and operating effectively
- Assist with system enhancements, new accounting standards, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- 5 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company exposure
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition for software/SaaS
- Experience supporting audits and SOX compliance
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
