- Design and layout printed circuit boards from electrical schematics.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical requirements to meet product specifications.
- Create and maintain component libraries and associated symbology.
- Complete documentation and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Support production facilities in manufacturing and testing.
- Evaluate and qualify component packages, including research and testing.
- Develop PCB layout standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Technical degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of PCB design/layout experience.
- Proficiency with PCB layout software (PADS preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.
- High-speed and high-power PCB layout experience.
