Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support business needs. This position is based in Greeley, Colorado, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance industry environment.

Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements.
Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and actionable tasks.
Ensure platform stability by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
Support and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Provide mentorship to entry level team members and guide cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize the usability and performance of the platform by implementing best practices.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and system changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and administering the ServiceNow platform in a medium to large enterprise setting.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations, including APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes for effective system implementation.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure platform stability.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly.
