Jersey City , NJ Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to support the development, integration, and maintenance of identity and access solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SiteMinder, Ping Identity, and Active Directory, and will play a key role in ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and user management for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain IAM solutions using CA SiteMinder, Ping Identity (PingFederate/PingAccess), and Microsoft Active Directory

  • Implement and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) solutions

  • Support onboarding of applications into the IAM ecosystem using standard protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues across integrated systems

  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades of IAM platforms

  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce identity governance and compliance policies

  • Develop documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices
