Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA solutions for insurance business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing and future landscape related to:
- Agent onboarding and lifecycle management
- Licensing & Commissions (ELC)
- Compensation and incentive structures
- Policy details include premiums, refunds, riders, waivers, and annualization
- Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP, Navisys) with downstream SAP modules.
- Manage inbound and outbound data feeds including: DTCC, APAY XML, Payryte, K51
- Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Perform functional and integration testing across systems and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping, transformation, and validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP HANA development and data modeling.
- Strong functional knowledge in Insurance domain processes.
- Expertise in ELC (Licensing & Commissions) and Compensation Management, preferably Callidus.
- Hands-on experience with ALIP and Navisys systems.
- Solid understanding of SAP GL Accounting, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Experience with data feeds in XML, flat file, and proprietary formats.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and commissionable events.
- Strong testing skills include test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
