Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Experience Design Lead. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Experience Design Lead will provide user experience design, usability, evaluation and testing expertise to product development teams, including the analysis, investigation and selection of applications and methods to enhance user interaction through look, feel, process flow and choice of responsive elements. Design, develop and implement front end application code and user experience. Develop the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for firm products, including websites, software, hardware and tools. Partners with marketing, product management and product development to create design architecture, specifications and requirements for the look, feel and functionality of products. Use design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing. Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and results and updates design architecture based on discovered trends and patterns.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus eighteen (18) months of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with or knowledge of: web and digital user experiences; creating systems requirements specifications; conveying engineering requirements through designs; and working with cross-functional teams. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $90,043- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
