Location : Des Moines, IA 50309, Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Chandler, AZ, Iselin, NJ, Columbus, OH, San Francisco, CA
Duration : 24 month
Responsibilities:
Mission:
- Change mgmt. or demand mgmt.
- Weather that is business change or tech change.
- Want to roll that through one system so they can see all the change and how the can organize it.
- All of this Would come throw SPM
Must Haves (and how they are used):
- SPM,
- SPM implementation
- Experience creating Epic
- Created and customized SPM
- If they strike out, then ITSM would be his check down, and then anything really in the Servnice Now space
- Then a couple things he tells people: service now certification CSA, architect, CAD as well.
- Platform analysis and performance analytics.
