Senior Scrum Master - Onsite Role

1. Scrum Master or Agile methodology certification is must
2. Proficient in using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
3. Great experience in Programming skills

1. 10+ years experience in a Project Management / scrum master.
2. Lead program development from start to finish, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure a clear understanding of the backlog and priorities.
6. Foster collaboration and transparency using tools like Jira and Confluence.
7. Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality, empowering them to deliver high-quality results.
8. Identify and remove impediments to progress, resolving conflicts and challenges.
9. Promote continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect and adapt Agile practices.
10. Ensure clear communication among remote team members, leveraging asynchronous updates to maintain momentum.
11. Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring collaboration between engineering, product management, design, and other stakeholders.
12. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report program status to senior management.
    Required Skiils:

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with a focus on Scrum practices and adaptability to team needs.
• Strong technical background, capable of understanding complex issues and driving Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills evident through the ability to guide discussions, support team members, and resolve conflicts with proficiency, ensuring collaborative work environment.
• Highly skilled in utilizing Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence, to streamline project management processes, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiency in Agile workflows.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong ability to motivate a team and work cross functionally with internal team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
