; Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Enterprise Quality Analyst to lead and drive process improvement and quality initiatives across the organization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-driven, and passionate about data-informed decision-making that aligns with business objectives.

; Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using industry-standard methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend sustainable optimization strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardization.Develop and track KPIs and metrics to monitor process effectiveness and quality performance.Mitigate risks associated with process changes and develop proactive risk management strategies.Create and maintain detailed process workflows, procedures, and documentation.Design, develop, and maintain IT-related metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Provide guidance to junior staff and assist other teams in quality assurance and change management practices.Ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

; Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related discipline(or equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum 5 years of experience in process development, improvement, and trackingMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Change ManagementMinimum 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiativesStrong working knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and quality methodologiesExceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

; Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience with MS Power BI, JIRA, or ServiceNowExperience working in enterprise IT environmentsFamiliarity with industry compliance standards and enterprise risk mitigation practices
