Onsite in San Diego 5x days a week
W2 only, no 3rd party candidates will be considered as this is a Direct Hire
****Must Have 7+ years of Banking experience and currently working as an Enterprise Architect****
Salary/Bonus:
- Salary: $185k-$225k
- Performance bonuses are robust and uncapped:
- 20% total bonus potential:
- 10% RSUs (company stock is currently skyrocketing)
- 10% cash bonus
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years total
- Prior experience in Banking/FinTech
- Need to have lead experience. Running architecture and data governance; someone to do the hands-on with architecture. This person will eventually be leading and delegating a team of 4-5 architects.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong initiative
- Clear articulation of technical decisions and ideas
- Experience in both new development and some maintenance work
Preferred Tech Stack:
- Backend: .NET Core / Java
- Frontend: Angular
- Open to candidates strong in architecture, even if their platform differs slightly
