Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer IV to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of application solutions, primarily targeting student information and learning management systems. The successful candidate will be adept at developing large-scale database applications and integrating system interfaces. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement large-scale database applications using standards-based methodologies and tools.
- Research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and maintain existing and new applications, including databases, reports, web applications, mobile applications, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that developed applications meet their needs.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that follows best practices in software development.
- Provide documentation for system functionalities to assist users and further development efforts.
- Conduct testing and maintenance activities to ensure applications operate efficiently and without errors.
- Offer support and mentoring to other members of the Development Team to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Participate actively in Agile development meetings and sessions to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) years of software application development experience.
- Proven experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Expertise in rapid web-based development using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
- Server-side coding experience with Microsoft .NET based web technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET MVC, CORE, Entity Framework, Web API, Razor).
- At least five (5) years of experience in web API development and JavaScript using APIs such as JQuery and frameworks such as Angular, React, VueJS.
- Preferred knowledge of Angular/React/VueJS, TypeScript, and .NET Core Microservices Development.
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD Integrations is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both non-technical end-users and technical staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $100,000 Annually
