Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the IT Director to lead, monitor, and validate all technical deliverables from the SI during the Build Phase.
- Define, develop, and validate standards, procedures, and processes for efficient technical delivery.
- Track, review, and approve key technical artifacts, including:
- Functional Technical Design Documents (FTDs)
- RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
- Actively participate in POD planning and Oracle Security & Controls design (User Role Matrix).
- Ensure all technical components align with business requirements, gap analyses, and approved design specifications.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality technical outputs.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture and meet performance and scalability benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Director and PMO to ensure smooth execution across all project phases Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementation projects.
- Development Tools: Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Reporting & Analytics: OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
- Technical Objects: Expert-level experience with RICEFW components designing, developing, and validating Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows.
- Working understanding of Oracle Fusion modules including:
- ERP & Financials: GL, AP, AR, Collections, RMCS
- Supply Chain & Projects: OM, Contracts, Advanced Pricing, Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- EPM Solutions: FCCS, EPBCS
- Proven ability to lead and oversee SI technical teams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for interfacing with business leaders, PMO, and technical teams.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
