Job Title: Operation Manager
Job Duration: 40 Hours/Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties: Responsible for optimizing and overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain safety and performance standards for vehicles while leveraging advanced technologies and predictive maintenance techniques to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and minimize downtime. Logistics optimization, especially for sustainable energy vehicles, ensuring adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee maintenance schedules, inventory management, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure the timely availability of critical components. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations, along with identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Lead change management initiatives, oversee logistics, including warehousing and shipping, and align operational strategies with the company s long- term vision. Responsible for driving efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering continuous innovation across various business functions. Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with the company s vision. Oversee technology upgrades and implement tools to streamline operations. Plan and oversee logistics, including inventory control, shipping, and warehousing. Drive change management initiatives to adapt to market and industry shifts. Utilize data analytics to improve efficiency. Collaborate with other departments such as finance, sales, and production to align with overall business objectives.
Job Requirements: Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Engineer, Business Manager or related.

Salary Range: $95,659.00/Year to $118,000.00/Year
