Solution Architect Qualifications:
The Solution Architect must not only possess programming/development skills, they also require organization and conceptualization skills. They can easily engage in abstract thinking and logical reasoning and can self-evaluate and adapt efficiently. They should also be able to delegate tasks to other members of the IT team so that they can focus on their area of expertise. In addition to these general personality traits and skills, company requires the EA to have the following skills:
Bachelor's degree required
8-10 years' experience in IT role delivering large, complex and strategic technology initiatives
Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans
Experience in cloud hosting, deployments and security
Knowledge of ETL and RESTful services technology tools
Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
Above-average analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products research
Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure
Experience providing guidance and leadership to other IT staff
Experience implementing EIS (Policy, Claims, Billing, & Customer) core software suite is a plus
Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, EDW, & external claims system integrations is a plus
Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $130.00/hr.
