Position: Sr. Scrum Master GxP Applications
Location: Remote EST
Duration: 12+months

Job Description:
Pharma exp is a must. J&J exp preferred / GXP is a must have

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced delivery environments is required.
• Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred
• At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required.
• Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required.
• A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
• Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production, QA, etc.).
• A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior experience with Jira and Confluence/HipChat
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory is requir
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• GxP software implementation is required
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
• Previous of SDLC documentation experience is required
