Job Details

Job Title: Control Panel Wirer
Location: Bridgewater, MA
Shift: 1st Shift, M-F (7:00am 3:30pm)

  • Needs someone to hit the ground running
  • Panel Wiring is highly preferred (no PCB assemblers)
  • Blueprint/Engineering Drawing Reading (GD&T) Required

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Assemble and wire control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures to company and industry standards
  • Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, motor starters, terminal blocks, and switches
  • Cut, strip, and terminate wires using appropriate tools and methods
  • Label wires and components accurately according to documentation
  • Perform continuity and functional tests on completed panels
  • Identify and correct wiring errors and component faults

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience within electrical/panel assembly
  • Experience building Control Panels (Electrical & Mechanical)
  • Ability to read and understand Blueprints & Schematics (GD&T)
  • Knowledge of Wire Crimping & Wire Harnessing techniques
  • Layout and Prep Panels per engineering drawings
  • Drilling and Tapping panels
  • Experience using basic hand/power tools
