Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into innovative, efficient technical designs. Identify and document data flows, system interfaces, and integration points to ensure robust implementation.

  • Lead end-to-end feature development — from conception, design, implementation, to deployment — working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable, maintainable web services and APIs using the .NET framework, implementing best practices for performance, security, and reliability.

  • Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.

  • Develop and maintain relational databases, crafting complex SQL queries and ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies—including unit testing and test-driven development—to uphold code quality and facilitate continuous integration.

  • Contribute to technical documentation covering solution designs, architecture decisions, and specifications, promoting transparency and shared understanding across teams.

  • Perform troubleshooting, bug resolution, and support activities, ensuring a smooth user experience and system stability.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into current development processes.

  • Mentor junior developers and offshore team members, fostering technical growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET technologies.

  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and integrating web services and RESTful APIs.

  • Demonstrated experience architecting complex software systems, applying design patterns effectively.

  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve intricate technical challenges.

  • Proficiency in SQL database design, optimization, and management.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and security practices.

  • Frontend development experience using frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Exposure to Salesforce development (Apex) is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $77.00 Hourly
