Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Integration Senior Lead Analyst for its Long Island City, NY location.

Duties: Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build relationships with. Gather, synthesize, and distil detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication. Coordinate with the team on multiple projects including delivery level communications. Develop content for relevant governance forums. Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional complex problems within and across programs and with senior management. Liaise between the Chief Data Office, Data Leads, and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agenda and deliver data projects. Liaise with work streams, focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy. Develop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communicate applications of new processes, and facilitate the change management program to move to the new process. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Banking, Business Analytics, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation performing profitability analysis of complex transactions within the financial services industry. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Assessing profitability of new business initiatives and structured financing transactions from a holistic balance sheet resource perspective, including Return on RwA, Return on Leverage Ratio Denominator, Return on Risk Based Capital, Trapped Liquidity; Developing new complex transaction structures in collaboration with the business lines and providing advice on efficient use of treasury (capital, funding and liquidity) resources; Preparing internal guidelines for new business initiatives, complex transactions structures and flow business transactions to be measured against on a daily basis and for resources to be priced in properly; Creating content for quarterly updates to regulators in relation with Consent Orders as well as responses relating to Matters Requiring Immediate Attention; Overseeing the data concern related to middle and back-office problems specialized in the securitized products area with special emphasis in CLO and esoteric ABS; and Assessing the effectiveness of the daily controls in the derivative products and loans space with special focus on securitized products.
