We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer with proven experience in building scalable, production-grade applications. Below is a structured breakdown of the expectations:

Candidate Profile Preferences:

• Project Stability: Prefer candidates who have stayed with their current or previous projects for 2+ years, showcasing ownership from inception to production deployment.
• Domain Experience: Candidate must have worked on a trading application within the last 5 years.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Programming & Frameworks:

• Java: Minimum version Java 17+ Hands-on coding experience required.
• Spring Framework: Proficient with Spring 6.x / Spring Boot 3.x
• Must have built microservices from scratch
• Strong understanding of dependency injection, REST API design, and Spring Boot ecosystem

2. Advanced Programming Concepts:

• Deep expertise in:
• Multi-threaded programming
• Concurrency
• Parallel processing
• Self-rating (1 to 5) on advanced multi-threading (required in write-up)

3. Messaging Systems:

• Kafka is preferred.
• ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ is acceptable.

4. Cloud & DevOps:

• Hands-on with major AWS Services:
• Lambda, API Gateway, Route 53, SES, S3, IAM, EventBridge, EKS, SQS
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required.

5. Database:

• Solid experience with SQL and Stored Procedures
• Familiarity with Oracle database preferred

• Share score/results for Core Java and Spring Boot assessment (intermediate to advanced level)
