Lead Functional Manager:
- The Lead Functional Manager (LFM) shall be responsible for understanding the legacy source systems (financial, procurement, and asset) and apply Federal Financial accounting principles in analyzing, reconciling, and validating transactional and master data. The individual will collaborate with the FSM Data Management Team and the government Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Additionally, the LFM shall be responsible for developing the data quality measures, assessments, and the techniques for long-term validation and reporting.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years' experience in Federal Government accounting analyzing, validating, reconciling, and cleansing, accounting, financial, procurement, and asset master and transactional data
- 10+ Years experience in federal financial applications such as Oracle/Altimate/SAP
- 6+ Years of SAP Federal financial implementation experience with at least 2 of those years experience in SAP 4/HANA modules Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Business Warehouse (BW). The Governments intent is not to include commercial implementation experience.
- 5+ Years of experience as a lead, leading Federal Financial projects with a strong foundation in financial, procurement, contract lifecycle management, and asset management
- 5+ Years experience in federal financial business process analysis
- 5+ Years experience in data ETL and conversions
- Experience performing as Functional Lead on 3 to 4 SAP Federal Financial implementations.
- Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manger (CDFM)
- Individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
