Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.

Job Description - What You'll Do
- Install, terminate, configure, and test enterprise security solutions with minimal supervision:
- Mag locks
- Electronic door strikes
- Card readers & keypads
- Electric crash bars
- EREX (Emergency Request-to-Exit buttons)
- REX (Request-to-Exit PIR) motion sensors
- IP cameras
- NVRs/DVRs
- Perform proper cable installation practices (labeling, dressing, bend-radius, PoE/IP considerations)
- Troubleshoot & problem-solve device, wiring, and network issues
- Read and interpret blueprints/low-voltage drawings; coordinate device locations and pathways
- Lead project installations as required; maintain quality control and provide exceptional customer service
- Track project progress, escalate risks, and close punch-list items
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Process-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics professionally
- Networking knowledge and practical internet/IP experience (IP addressing, PoE basics, switch/NVR connectivity)
- Able to work independently and resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
- Current certification in any of the following is a plus:
- Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, 3xLogic, Brivo
- Training: Paladin Technologies will invest in training for the right candidate
