Title: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (GRC & IRM Expertise)
Location: Remote – EST Time Zone
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Project team as project manager/ Scrum master, manage / accountable for the deliverables of enhancement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Control Lifecycle, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management).
• Desing & Develop Sprints backlog by working with developer and product owner
• Manage and track the Sprint status and report to customer and internal
• Lead upgrades, major releases and platform lifecycle activities for the GRC scope, minimizing disruption and regression risk.
• Manage a technical team (developers/administrators/analysts): hire, mentor, set goals, conduct reviews and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Security, Audit, Legal and business stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and manage expectations.
• Drive governance for the GRC solution: design authority, change control, environment strategy (dev/test/prod), data access and role design.
• Perform capacity planning / Estimate effort for each sprints and based on roadmap, etc.
• Resource planning
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance and audit processes and common frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, SOC2.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce technical design documentation and present architecture to engineering and governance boards.
Must have :
• Project manager/ Scrum master experience, alteast he / she should have led the implementation for 2 - 3 Large scale GRC/IRM implementations.
• Project manager & Scrum master certification
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM, Certified System Administrator.
• Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
• Experience working with large-scale regulated environments and enterprise risk programs.
• Experience with Agile delivery and product-oriented teams, PI planning.
