Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of -

Role: MS Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Northbrook, IL Hybrid (Local candidates only)
Duration: 6 months CTH

Overview:
Looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale business applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise, strong C# development skills, and a proactive approach to optimization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Customize and configure components using C#, Power Automate, and web APIs.
  • Manage system integrations, workflows, and data integrity.
  • Ensure platform reliability and performance; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
  • Provide on-call support during key operational events (migrations, Hypercare).
  • Leverage Azure App Insights, Power BI, and other tools for system monitoring and reporting.

Must Have Skills

  • 8+ years hands-on development experience on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Online or On-Prem).
  • Expertise in platform configuration, governance, security, data modeling, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, solution packaging, and app management.

Advanced coding skills in:

  • C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, T-SQL, FetchXML, SOAP & REST APIs
  • Experience with API gateways, queues, and cloud-to-on-prem data sync.
  • Strong reporting skills using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Deep proficiency in D365 Sales; exposure to Customer Service/Field Service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong communication-comfortable talking to business, architects, and infra teams.
  • Curious, analytical, and proactive in adopting new tools/tech.
