Title: SAP SuccessFactors Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA [Onsite]
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP H2R (Hire-to-Retire) Tower Lead to manage the AMS (Application Management Support) function for SAP S/4HANA, with specialized focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in US Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors EC, and BSI tax compliance engine. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination across global HR landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP H2R tower for AMS, covering support for SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and integrations with S/4HANA.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Payroll, handling gross-to-net processing, tax configuration, off-cycle payroll, and compliance reporting.
Provide deep functional support for Employee Central, including business process configuration, data models, workflows, and position management.
Manage and troubleshoot BSI tax engine integrations and related payroll tax compliance updates.
Oversee replication monitoring, error handling, and data consistency between EC and EC Payroll using SAP standard tools and BIB (Business Integration Builder).
Coordinate with technical teams, third-party vendors, and SAP support for resolution of critical incidents and change requests.
Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and service delivery excellence within the H2R AMS space.
Collaborate with business HR teams for impact analysis during upgrades, testing cycles, and release deployments.
Guide and mentor support consultants and ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
SAP Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, payroll results analysis, and payroll control center.
Strong understanding of US Payroll-specific requirements, including tax calculations, garnishments, retroactive processing, and year-end activities.
Proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, workflow management, foundation and employee data management.
Deep working knowledge of BSI tax engine configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data replication monitoring, Business Integration Builder (BIB), and managing integration errors between EC and Payroll.
Familiarity with AMS delivery processes, including ticket management, SLAs, RCA, and change management.
Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, HRIS teams, and external vendors.
Ability to manage a support team and ensure proactive issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation or integration with third-party time systems (e.g., Kronos, WorkForce).
Familiarity with payroll posting to Finance (FI-CO) in S/4HANA.
Exposure to S/4HANA RISE environments and cloud-based hybrid HCM architectures.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant SAP certifications strongly preferred.
