Position Title: UKG Workforce Management Specialist

Job Summary: As a UKG Workforce Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient utilization of human resources within the organization through the effective use of UKG (formerly Kronos) Workforce Management software. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate scheduling, timekeeping, and forecasting, while also providing support and training to users of the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize UKG Workforce Management software to create and maintain employee schedules that align with business needs and labor laws.
  • Monitor and analyze employee attendance and timekeeping data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate accurate labor forecasts based on historical data, industry trends, and business projections.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages, and overtime management.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support to users of the UKG system, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in UKG software, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards related to workforce management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management software.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, scheduling best practices, and timekeeping principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide training and support to users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in UKG Workforce Management or related software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization or across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
