Crystal Reports Developer - 100% Remote (MUST Reside in the U.S.)

We are actively seeking an experienced Crystal Reports Developer for a long-term project with one of the top employers in the Cleveland region. This role is ideal for a professional who has recent, hands-on experience developing, modifying, and integrating Crystal Reports in a production environment.

Minimum Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities
You will work directly with Property IT teams, business system consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver upgrades and enhancements to existing forms and reports.
Review requirements for Forms in Property IT
Apply code changes based on specifications
Create new Crystal Reports and enhance existing reports
Modify report parameters, formulas, and business logic
Change or delete logic within forms as needed
Integrate and link reports for master / sub-report structures
Perform end-to-end development testing and support implementation
Document the development test plan
Write unit tests (mocked test scripts) within the code base
Participate in daily team meetings
Required Technical Experience
Candidates must have recent hands-on experience with the following:
Crystal Reports (development, testing, and implementation)
Creating new reports and modifying existing report parameters and formulas
Changing and deleting logic within forms
Integrating and linking master and sub-reports
SQL Server
ADO
VB / .NET
Preferred Skills
Experience working with APIs
Prior experience in the insurance industry
C# .NET
