Job Details

A video management and servicing start up company in Dallas is looking to bring on a T3 Support Specialist to join their team.

Support needs for the role will include Windows, Linux and Mac support, O365/M365, support of any mobile devices, and any network troubleshooting. This will be a customer facing support position so it is important for you to have excellent oral and written communication skills, you will be responsible for ticket resolution with occasional/as needed system admin assistance for tasks.

This will be a full-time remote/hybrid opportunity in the Dallas/Richardson, TX area. They are working on a physical office location so the role has the potential to be remote until then with onsite as needed for meetings.
