We have an existing client looking to hire 2 candidates with experience with Label Traxx, AC4D shop floor software and ERP systems such as Radius. Client is willing to look at candidates that have experience with EITHER Label Traxx or Radius ERP. This role will be remote with 50% travel to plant locations.
As the Applications Systems Specialist-Production and Shipping, you will provide key technical support for a variety of business systems applications. You will have a leading role in the daily tasks associated with the implementation of the company ERP system at newly acquired sites, focusing especially on the Production and Shipping processes. Key responsibilities will also include the design, testing, analysis, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of company applications. AC4D is the system that connects the label production tool (Label traxx) to Radius ERP in order to enable real time data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate ERP implementations.
Oversee applications systems management (design, testing, analysis, ongoing maintenance), involving the ERP, Quality, Pre-press, and various other application systems.
Manage vendor relationships for outsourced network administration and help desk services.
Manage internal software tickets for your assigned ERP system.
Serve as subject matter expert in the NetSuite production and shipping area as well as EPS's AC4D direct Shop floor software.
Assume a lead role in the planning, preparation, data cleaning, training, and conversion to the Radius ERP estimating process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Will consider 5 years of similar work experience in lieu of education.
Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role.
Experience with ERP systems and EPS AC4D and NetSuite highy preferred.
Experience supporting Production and Shipping within the print or packaging industry or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
