Key Responsibilities:

1.      Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

2.      Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors

3.      Track project scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies

4.      Ensure technical requirements and deliverables align with business goals

5.      Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

6.      Provide regular status updates and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
