Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications specific to your certified module.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Provide 24/7 support coverage as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Epic Certification in the relevant application (must be current and verifiable).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic application support or implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or clinical workflows preferred.
