Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications specific to your certified module.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide 24/7 support coverage as part of a rotating schedule.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Epic Certification in the relevant application (must be current and verifiable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic application support or implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare IT or clinical workflows preferred.
