5+ years of experience testing embedded systems, with expertise across both hardware and software components.
Strong proficiency in embedded programming languages (C, C++) and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Gtest, Pytest, and automated testing methodologies.
Proficient in working within Linux environments and utilizing Linux-based tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, processes, and tools.
Solid understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART) and hardware interfaces.
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to identify root causes of failures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience motivating and guiding teams.
Preferred/Added Advantages:
Professional certifications such as OSCP, SANS/GIAC, CISSP, or equivalent.
Knowledge of compliance regulations, laws, and security frameworks/standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, NIST, HIPAA, COBIT, OWASP, ITIL).
Domain experience in one or more industries such as law enforcement, defense, intelligence, automotive, manufacturing, or software.
Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Business-level fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) for both technical and professional communication.
