Role: Java Engineer(Low Latency Trading Systems)

Title: Associate/AVP

Location: NYC (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) Fulltime

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Reqs: Multiple

Your required skills: 6-10 Years Required

Skills:

• Expert level Java software engineering
• Ability to deliver software based on deadlines
• Strong development experience with Core Java/J2EE, Spark, Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Strong development experience with Java frameworks like Spring. Hibernate, Spring boot.
• Working knowledge of Websockets, MQs and Realtime systems is a huge plus.
• Trading platforms (Low Latency Trading Systems) or Post Trading Applications experience OR FX knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in an agile software delivery method
• Experience with JavaScript and Angular, React Frameworks
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, JIRA and other related CI/CD tools
• Exposure to Linux operating systems
• Hands on experience in building web applications/components using Java, Spring/MVC, SpringBoot
• Good experience in building RESTful services using SOA architecture or any similar framework via API gateways.
• SQL development experience with Oracle RD BMS
• Working experience of latest UI/JavaScript frameworks like React
