Pay Range:$58/hr
What's the Job?
- Spearhead engineering activities for multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.
- Provide technical leadership, acting as the Engineering Lead for assigned projects and managing all engineering aspects.
- Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders, including developers, architect/engineering firms (A/E), and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
- Drive results by ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables and resolving design challenges effectively.
- Lead technical discussions and navigate complex issues requiring input from diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer clear and persuasive communication, effectively presenting complex technical topics to senior management.
- Build strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
- Leverage your expertise to make informed technical decisions based on calculated risks.
- Maintain a strategic perspective, understanding the impact of your choices on customer and supplier relationships.
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited preferred) or a Master's/PhD in engineering with a non-ABET Bachelor's.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credentials.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate teams.
- A strong understanding of the energy sector.
