Fullstack Engineer (React + Python or NestJS)
We are seeking a talented and collaborative Fullstack Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on building modern, AI-enhanced applications. This is a long-term onsite opportunity in downtown Houston, ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to both frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications using React and Python or NestJS.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate actively in team discussions, architecture planning, and code reviews.
- Contribute to the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into existing and new applications.
- Work on real-time data systems and ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in fullstack development:
- Frontend: React.js
- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) or NestJS (Node.js)
- Solid backend development skills and architectural understanding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - must be proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute ideas.
- Ability to workonsite full-time in Houston, TX (77002).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with LLMs or AI-enhanced applications.
- Background in Oil & Gas or real-time data systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
