We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in nCino and a strong background in the financial services industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in nCino and a strong background in the financial services industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve moderately complex engineering challenges and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce and nCino solutions to support business processes in the financial services domain.
- Participate in medium to large-scale software engineering initiatives, contributing to planning, execution, and delivery.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues, applying sound judgment and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing on the nCino platform.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry.
- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Administrator certifications.
- nCino certification(s).
- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
