Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infor Consultant with deep expertise in manufacturing systems to lead the implementation and optimization of Infor EAM, M3, Supplier Rebate, and Factory Track solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and mobile deployments, legacy system migrations, and third-party integrations, with a demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation across complex manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end global implementations of Infor Supplier Rebate, EAM, and Factory Track for manufacturing clients.
- Oversee deployment and configuration of Factory Track modules (Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory Handling), ensuring seamless integration with Infor M3.
- Deliver cloud-based and mobile solutions for Infor EAM and Factory Track to enhance operational efficiency across field and shop floor operations.
- Design and implement complex system integrations between Infor platforms and third-party systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, ADP, IBM iSeries, and OEM applications.
- Define and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, validation, and traceability throughout the process. Facilitate key project workshops including requirements gathering, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including solution blueprints, technical specifications, process maps, and user manuals.
- Configure and tailor Infor applications to align with client-specific manufacturing requirements and operational workflows.
- Lead large-scale migration initiatives, including transitions from Oracle EAM to Infor EAM, and from Salesforce SCM to Infor M3 SCM.
- Automate testing and data validation processes using scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell. Utilize IBM Cognos Analytics to deliver advanced business intelligence, reporting, and actionable insights for manufacturing performance optimization. Required Qualifications
- Professional certification in Infor EAM, Infor M3, and/or Infor Factory Track (preferably Cloud Suite versions).
- Minimum of 14+ years of hands-on experience with Infor EAM, M3, and Factory Track, including at least 5 full lifecycle implementations.
- Proven track record in completing at least two migration projects from Oracle EAM or Salesforce to Infor platforms.
- Deep understanding of Infor Factory Track and EAM modules, particularly mobile and shop floor capabilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle EAM and key SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Payables) within manufacturing contexts.
- Expertise in system configuration, data migration, and development of custom dashboards and reporting tools.
- Skilled in creating alerts, workflows, and system triggers to support operational requirements.
- Experience working with both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading stakeholder workshops, CRPs, UATs, and training sessions. Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Infor Factory Track modules including Time Track, Shop Floor, and Inventory Transactions.
- Experience integrating systems via Infor OS/ION and related middleware platforms.
- Proficiency with IBM Cognos Analytics or similar tools to extend Infor reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor automation technologies.
